15 years' experience
We have over 15 years of direct recruitment experience across multiple businesses and specialities, so with 100s of placements under our belt, we know what works and what doesn’t. We will therefore always maintain a very consistent and thorough process with clients and candidates, in order to achieve an outcome that furthers both, and with an aim to exceed your expectations.
As a boutique business, we tend to work with a smaller number of clients whom we develop long term trusted relationships with. This is to fully understand their business and culture in order to become part of their fabric and identify the right candidates in terms of skills and fit. This attention to detail is naturally also carried out with our candidates whom we always fully get to know, by running a thorough qualification process and always meeting to understand all aspects of their skill set and personalities.
