The Director at EQSearch is Jason Petelin. His interest in sustainability started at university when he completed a degree in Environmental Policy. However, sustainability was only just starting to enter mainstream thinking back then. It was only when he started recruiting in this space in 2010 that he was able to utilise his passion for sustainability with his experience in working with people. This enabled the opportunity to work directly within this growing industry and bring together talented candidates with forward-thinking businesses.

Sustainability and ESG have come a very long way in terms of public awareness and business responsibility. All industries now must play their part in recognising their impact on the environment and society, and this is being reflected in the constantly developing regulatory landscape across the globe, as well as the sustainability strategies and initiatives that are being developed to reach a net positive carbon future. These factors are creating a very buoyant international job market to help deliver this multi-faceted challenge.
